I loved the beautifully prepared continental breakfast with fresh fruits and the large, comfortable Suite room that made my nights blissful! Only downside was street noise at night.

The breakfast was superb with more than enough options for even the most fussy of eaters, there where fresh bread, cakes, pastries, and yogurt. The room was very classy and cheap with a balcony and comfortable beds and a really nice style, had everything we wanted.

The hotel is located in the "Old Town" 500 meters away from the rynek. However, it is quiet in the rooms. Parking spaces are in front of the hotel and cost 50 zloty for a night. The rooms are clean and furnished in old Cracow style. Very nice!

The Senacki exeeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the hotel was very well maintained, the room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
The only thing that would have made it a better place to stay would have been if there was a lounge bar to relax in.

I was impressed by the warm welcome at reception. I had to leave early the following morning and they took the trouble to arrange for the kitchen to open up fifteen minutes earlier so that I could have breakfast; and passed this information on to subsequent people at the reception desk. They were also very helpful with their friendly wake up call, looking after my bags, and offering to ring for a taxi. I particularly liked the tea making facilities in the room. Out of the four hotels I stayed in during my trip this hotel was the only one to have this facility, and after a long coach journey it was very much appreciated. The ensuite facilities were excellent. I had chosen this hotel for its proximity to the railway station, it is only a twenty-five minute walk. However, it is also ideally placed in the heart of Krakow for visits to Wavel Castle, the old city square and the old Jewish quarter. More importantly for me was its location in relation to a vegetarian restaurant only a fifteen walk away (due south).
I could be wrong, but I think this was the hotel that had a shelf jutting out just as you entered the room, presumably for shoes, which caught my ankle. Upon closer inspection it was obvious that others had also been caught out by this. Perhaps its corners could be rounded off. The yellow wallpaper did look rather tired. My room disappointingly overlooked the back of the hotel.

Hotel is very well located in Crakow. Be aware some rooms do not have air conditioning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a good experience.
